Sacred Exchange

"My work is guided by Spirit and your readiness. Payment is an act of reciprocity to sustain me in this work, but it does not dictate what you will or won't receive. This ensures that each session unfolds in integrity and alignment with what is truly meant for you. "

My philosophy...

"I believe that true healing, transformation, and spiritual awakening cannot be bought. They unfold in alignment with readiness, timing, and willingness to heal — not because of a price tag.

While society often tells us that something is only valuable if it costs more, I hold a different truth: the deepest shifts in our lives are beyond price. No amount of money can measure the worth of human consciousness expanding, our wellbeing, a soul coming into wholeness, or a moment of profound clarity.

This way of working is not new. In many cultures, including monastic traditions such as Buddhism, spiritual work has never been treated as a commodity or luxury. Monks, healers, and teachers have long shared wisdom and guidance as sacred service, supported not by set fees but through offerings, gifts, and the reciprocity of community. Their survival was made possible by the generosity of those they served, not because access to healing and wisdom was put behind a paywall.

At the same time, I honor the reality that I live both in a body with limits and in a world shaped by an economy that requires me to pay bills and meet basic needs. As I navigate this society, I cannot fully step outside of its structures. If I am to offer this work in a sustainable way — without overwhelming myself — I do need some form of support. Payment, in this sense, is not the purchase of spiritual healing  but the reciprocity that allows me to survive, to rest, and to continue showing up in integrity. It is an honor of an exchange for my skills, experience, insight, time, and energy.

I have carefully assessed my pricing of my services so I can cover the cost of my time, energy, and business costs, while still offering affordable prices that match the current economy. I’ve cross-referenced global income data with current market rates for life coaches and holistic care providers to ensure my pricing is fair. While costs may fluctuate, my goal remains to keep my services accessible in a way that meets each person where they are.

I fully recognize the value of my time, energy, and expertise, and while my work could command higher rates, my focus is on the transformation and support you receive—something far beyond monetary exchange. I see value not just in money, but in meaningful connection, relationships, and the collective healing our society so deeply needs...reconnecting with reciprocity. Transformation is priceless, and I believe that by offering this work in a way that is accessible, I invite abundance in many forms—through relationships, personal growth, and the deep connections we create together—while still honoring the fairness of my own compensation. This work is SO valuable and that's why I want it to impact as many people as it can.

Money does not gatekeep this work. It is not what determines whether someone is ready for guidance, healing, or insight. Readiness and alignment are what open that door.

Payment simply supports the container , a necessary exchange that allows me to show up fully, sustainably, and without depletion. When someone cannot afford an offering, I am committed to exploring alternative or creative solutions that are both legal and credible, so access can still be created while maintaining the integrity of the work and the business.

When someone is able to pay full price or offer additional support, it directly nourishes the work and helps extend these offerings into the community, especially to those who need support most.

This path is not transactional. It is relational. It is about walking together in trust, honoring what you are truly ready to receive, and allowing Spirit to guide the timing of what unfolds.  It is our personal right to heal but at the same time- no one is entitled to my time, energy, or effort. Creating a respectful space and setting appropriate boundaries are essential.

...And I look forward to being part of a greater shift — where reciprocity takes root again and community is able to thrive."
