Common Questions
What is it like to work with me?
I’m clear, honest, and attentive to what’s happening beneath the surface. I don’t shy away from core issues, and I help bring them into the open so meaningful change can happen. My work often touches deep emotional wounds and shadow work, which can feel intense at times, but it’s always approached with care, compassion, and without judgment. I speak candidly and with intention, not to provoke, but to support clarity and growth. Throughout our work together, I gently guide you through challenging emotions and help you strengthen your own support systems, so you feel grounded, resourced, and supported well beyond our time together.
What can I expect to experience in a session?
Sessions are designed to meet you where you are and adapt to what feels most supportive in the moment. They may include conversation, guided reflection, meditation, grounding exercises, or gentle energy practices using tools such as smoke or natural elements. I work strictly within your comfort level, and any touch with energy healing, is always consensual and never sexual or inappropriate. While some sessions may unfold intuitively or with guidance from Spirit, the focus remains on creating a safe, respectful, and constructive space for growth and clarity.
What if I don't believe in God, Spirit, or any of that woo-woo stuff?
Even if you don’t identify with spirituality, energy work, or “woo-woo” practices, the tools I use are grounded in human psychology, behavior, and physiology. My sessions focus on helping you understand patterns in yourself and your organization, navigate emotions, improve communication, and create clearer systems or ways of working. Techniques like reflection, mindful breathing, guided movement, or energy awareness are simply practical methods to help you notice what’s happening internally and respond more effectively, so you leave feeling clearer, more focused, and supported — no belief required.
Do I have to tell you about all my traumas?
While talk therapy can be helpful and part of a wellness plan, it can be detrimental for certain people to relive past traumas. Many people feel comfortable telling me their secrets and deep hurts because it helps to alleviate the burdens they've been carrying for so long. Sometimes it helps to admit things so communication is better which can lead to deeper healing. However, no one is required to tell me anything personal or detailed and I believe discretion matters. I believe in tuning into the body and what it's needs are, how it was impacted by the past, and how to find ways to heal without bringing up the past every time and reliving it. This is why I believe energy healing is so helpful because it doesn't always require us to talk about anything and yet it directly helps to heal the hurts we struggle to talk about.
